Background

Eric Palummieri is the Owner and Head of Construction Advisory for Guardian Group LLC. As an Engineering, Safety and Environmental Subject Matter Expert, Eric provides construction compliance and integrity-monitoring services on large-scale capital, emergency-recovery and high-profile construction projects. He also provides construction project management, forensic engineering, MEP design and owner’s-representation services for transportation facilities (airports, marine and rail), sports venues, healthcare, retail, corporate and utility-infrastructure projects—work he has performed since graduating from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2005.

Most notably, Eric’s experience includes construction compliance and integrity monitoring for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Office of Inspector General on the Newark Terminal One Redevelopment, John F. Kennedy Airport, LaGuardia Airport, PATH Task Orders, the World Trade Center 9/11 Memorial & Museum, and O’Hare Airport—as well as work for FEMA, the NJ Department of Treasury, the NJ Department of Environmental Protection, the City of New York and the City of Chicago.
